    Your mission

    To create a great customer experience by providing consistency of delivery across every interaction. To extend your technical capability and, combined with strong process and documentation, provide a resolution on first contact service wherever possible.

    Mentor and coach Service Desk Analysts and enable them, wherever possible, to resolve issues without having to engage the Systems Engineering team.

    You will collaborate with overseas teams to ensure delivery of consistent, high-quality support and effective coverage within a 24/7 follow the sun model. You are expected to work on a rotational shift basis, on weekends, and outside of typical business hours.

    What you'll do

    ·         Provide comprehensive IT support for the efficient resolution of incidents and requests

    ·         Provide technical guidance, mentoring and assistance to Tier 1 support in the effective resolution of lower complexity incidents

    ·         Handle multiple incoming Events and Reports: acknowledge, notify, interpret, prioritize and advise on investigation & resolution (or escalate where applicable)

    ·         Work within ITSM processes such as Event, Incident, Request Fulfilment, Continuous Improvement, Change and Problem as required

    ·         Execute action items across ITSM processes as required

    ·         Thoroughly document all work including standard operating procedures and projects

    ·         Assist with ensuring Operational Readiness of all products and services

    ·         Execute or assist with production changes (deploys, etc.)

    ·         Provide excellent customer service skills, problem-solving skills, technical thinking/reasoning skills, and a high level of individual judgment to ensure customer satisfaction

    ·         Identify potential systems problems and escalate to internal or external teams for resolution

    ·         Continuously develop and improve technical aptitude and service knowledge, skills, and abilities

    ·         Assist specialists in their day-to-day duties as required

    ·         Perform related tasks as needed or assigned

    What you'll bring

    ·         3 or more years of technical support demonstrated experience, system engineering and administration experience

    ·         Ideally a Computer Science - Engineering degree or any other industry certification such as Red Hat, Windows or Cisco certification.

    ·         Ideally, ITIL® Foundation certification.

    ·         Technical certifications: RHCE, RHCA, CCNA, MCSA, MCSE would be an asset.

    ·         Strong understanding and familiarity with supporting a broad spectrum of environments, systems, and software, including (but not limited to) Linux, Windows, Apache, Nginx, SQL, and Java-based applications.

    ·         Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Lean principles

    ·         Understanding of hardware, information security, networking concepts, and enterprise applications

    ·         Experience in geographically spread technology support organization and supporting remotely located end users, VIPs, systems

    ·         Scripting skills: bash, ksh, zsh, python

    ·         Network issues troubleshooting, MPLS, VPN

    ·         Windows server administration: proficient knowledge WMI, services, web-farming, PowerShell

    ·         Understanding the impact of technology on the business

    ·         Ability to quickly analyze issues and determine possible causes, and to identify appropriate solutions or escalation paths. A high aptitude for problem solving is required

    ·         Ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns/issues, remaining committed to providing quality results

    ·         Ability to apply discretion resulting in appropriate/desired resolutions

    ·         Autonomous, detail-oriented, highly organized, and quick to adapt to changes

    ·         Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

    What you'll do

    • Install, support and maintain the Palo Alto multisite infrastructure,  including physical and virtual Firewalls, Panorama, Log collectors, Global Protect VPN and cloud products.
    •  Design, implementation, operations, automation, and ongoing management of security systems that safeguard data and information assets for the enterprise.
    •  Participate in a major infrastructure projects. 
    •  Participate in the design and automation of data management policies, processes, and solutions for our enterprise. Specifically, this includes network security, disaster recovery, and high availability. 
    •  Administrate the organisation network infrastructure in a multi-location environment based in Cisco and F5.
    • Create and update network standards and ensure that the network is deployed according to these standards.
    •  Maintain an up to date documentation of our network architecture.
    •  Work with vendors and our purchasers to procure appropriate products and services. 
    • Stay on top of network technology advancements to provide recommendations for the ongoing improvements to our networks.

     

    What you'll bring

    •  A deep level of Palo Alto appliance expertise in design, configuration, migrations, tuning and customization.
    • An excellent knowledge of Palo Alto Network security solutions covering Panorama, Wildfire, Threat Prevention, Anti-Virus protection, URL filtering.
    • Experience and understanding of the design, deployment and support of other security technologies, e.g. Suricata IDS, Vulnerability Management, Authentication and identity management, SIEM, MDM.
    • Demonstrated seniority in network security related experience.
    • Familiarity with industry security configuration standards, such as NIST and CIS.
    • Operating knowledge of common LAN and WAN technologies.
    • Experience with Cisco ASA, ISR/ASR, Catalyst and Nexus hardware.
    • Candidates should also have had significant past experience with, and expertise in many of the following protocols & technologies: IPv4 & IPv6, TCP (internals & flow control), BGP, OSPF, HSRP, TACACS, IPSEC & VPNs, Netflow, DNS, HTTP.
    • Experience with load balancing technology, specifically F5 BigIP LTM is an asset.
    • Experience with automation and scripting in Linux environment is highly desired.
    • Experience of the Python or any other programming language is highly desired.

  • DevOps Engineer

    What you'll do

    You’ll be part of a super-motivated, friendly team that works hard to support the people who build and deliver our software. It’s our mission to come up with awesome new tools to help development teams across the company do things in a safer and more automated way.

    Your main challenge will be to make sure our agile methodology isn’t held up by operational requirements, delivery delays or software transitions. That means you’ll keep services running smoothly throughout test, development, and production, always looking for ways to improve software and processes.

    You will:

    • Plan upgrades of large, complex systems across a variety of environments, working closely with key staff across multiple sites.
    • Manage technical releases including software deploys, de-risking deploys and change request reviews.
    • Investigate and diagnose problems, assign or carry out code and deployment fixes, and keep documents up to date.
    • Make workflow more efficient and the system more stable.
    • Build and verify infrastructure, including tracking network changes, in the most automated way possible, across multiple on-premise and cloud-based environments.
    • Build tools for automate, simplify and de-risk processes.
    • Implement improvements and upgrades in Key parts of the platform.
    • Work with bleeding-edge tools and technologies.

    What you'll bring

    • Experience of containerisation and virtualisation technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, rkt, VMWare, Vagrant, VirtualBox.
    • Cloud-Native engineer, experience and knowledge with the cloud (GCE, AWS, Azure…)
    • Deep understanding of Continuous Integration and Deployment concepts and tools, including: SCMs (Git, Subversion), CI servers (Bamboo, Jenkins), build tools (Maven, Gradle), binary repositories (Nexus, Artifactory,) and code quality tools (SonarQube). (Bonus: experience with the Atlassian stack)
    • Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code, and how to achieve it using: Puppet, Ansible, Terraform (Bonus: AWX).
    • Good level of knowledge in database administration, including but not limited to, Cassandra, Neo4j and ElasticSearch as well as the traditional ones (MySQL, Oracle, etc).
    • Basic programming skills. Knowledge of code, coding concepts, and advanced knowledge of scripting languages: Bash, Python, Ruby. (Bonus: Django)
    • Familiar with Java software development, including JEE concepts, current technologies and frameworks.
    • A talented Linux administrator and investigator who knows about network diagnostics and services.
    • Advanced knowledge in Networking, including troubleshooting. F5 Knowledge is a plus.
    • Basic knowledge of Windows systems administration and investigation, especially of event log and services.
    • A positive attitude and flexible approach; you’ll be working to tight deadlines and delivering to strict SLAs.
    • Hands-on experience in cloud IaaS – in particular Openstack.
