• Product Manager - Personalization and Payments

  Responsible for the execution strategy: planning, building, and launching a product. Her/his mission is to coordinate all the different teams involved in the development of a particular product area from its discovery to its launch, analyze results, and add any required improvements.

  What requirements must you meet? 📈

  • Minimum 3 years in digital products development, knowledge of E2E cycles, experience in workflow and tools deployment in an autonomous way. 
  • Valuable: Having previously worked with user account management or payment methods.
  • Valuable: Digital Product Management, Scrum, UX /Design Thinking. Digital Marketing knowledge, SEO, SEM, and Content Marketing.
  • English: High level
  • Knowledge about the web development lifecycle, with a 360º view, from programming, to design or user experience design (UX).
  • Ability to define success metrics (OKR) and to work in Agile-like environments.
  • BI tools management, such as Data Studio, GA4, Jira, Google Analytics, Could also be interesting: Ahrefs, Semrush, Sistrix, Hotjar, Usertesting, and Salesforce.
  • Highly valuable: Being able to develop low-fi and mockups for Product Development to be able to communicate with the team. Figma.

  What responsibilities will you have? 💡

  • User representative and mediator with all the involved teams, so she/he can communicate customer needs for them to be translated into new features or product hypotheses.
  • Owner of the end-to-end Product Lifecycle, from discovery to launch.
  • Creator and Product Owner for the roadmap and product vision in a particular features area.
  • Ideas generation and opportunities identification, taking into account strategic knowledge about our company, creating hypotheses and validating them with our CPO.
  • Market analysis, being up-to-date about new features from our competitors and customer behavior for those target users to whom we want to find solutions for.
  • Product definition, working closely with the technical team in their development: product requirements specification, use cases, backlog prioritization,...
  • Work closely with the Revenue team in business model iterations, so we find new monetization options, optimizing our current growth levers.
  • Work in cooperation with the Product Design team to research on user behavior, creating functional prototypes and final designs.
  • Key success metrics definition, so we can evaluate whether target results for a particular product are met..
  • Coordination with the Marketing team regarding product launch campaigns, keeping them informed about new features and product characteristics to communicate to users.
  • Generation of Product Reports, with the help of the Analytics team and existing databases to analyze product traction, evaluating real data on how users operate with the product, detecting incidents and including improvements to sort them out.

• Frontend Developer

  ¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir?👨🏽‍💻

  • Tener experiencia demostrable de +4 años como desarrollador frontend.
  • Poseer conocimientos avanzados sobre patrones de diseño y prácticas recomendadas.
  • Tener experiencia en tecnología web (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, etc.) y desarrollo de aplicaciones de página única con bibliotecas y entornos de trabajo relacionados.
  • Tener experiencia en el uso de herramientas y procesos JavaScript actuales (Webpack, Node.js y gestor de paquetes npm, ES6, TypeScript, etc.) y sistemas de control de versiones (Git y GitHub).
  • Demostrar comprensión acerca de la realización de pruebas en JavaScript.
  • Preferible: Tener experiencia en metodología del desarrollo guiado por pruebas (TDD) y herramientas como Mocha, Jest, Enzyme, CasperJS, etcétera. Poseer conocimientos sobre Docker y PHP.
  • Valorable: Tener experiencia en desarrollo ágil de software (Scrum) y prácticas de integración continua, y estar familiarizado con Jira y Bitbucket. Utilización de framework reactivo (Angular, React o Vue). Patrones de diseño. Frameworks de testing, patrones de arquitectura, experiencia con webpack. Integración con API.
  • Ser capaz de comunicarte de manera eficaz con tus compañeros de equipo.
  • Tener iniciativa y ser capaz de trabajar en nuevas tareas.
  • Ser capaz de llevar un proyecto de principio a fin de manera independiente.
  • Ser detallista, organizado y eficaz en la gestión del tiempo.
  • Ser una persona apasionada por la tecnología, con ganas de aprender y probar cosas nuevas.

  ¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?💻

  • Crear interfaces de usuario a través de html, CSS y Javascript.
  • Programar código JavaScript escalable y mantenible usando las features de Javascript.
  • Saber construir componentes reutilizables
  • Contribuir a la mejora del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software junto con otros miembros del equipo.
  • Colaborar con el departamento de UX para sacar las características enfocadas en la mejor experiencia para el usuario
  • Utilizar metodologías clean code para favorecer las best practices entre desarrolladores
  • Realizar pruebas de los componentes desarrollados
  • Favorecer la utilización de metodologías SOLID y otros patrones de diseño.
  • Trabajar junto al departamento de backend para integrar las funcionalidades server side.
