  • Product Manager - Personalization and Payments

    Responsible for the execution strategy: planning, building, and launching a product. Her/his mission is to coordinate all the different teams involved in the development of a particular product area from its discovery to its launch, analyze results, and add any required improvements.

    • Minimum 3 years in digital products development, knowledge of E2E cycles, experience in workflow and tools deployment in an autonomous way.

    • User representative and mediator with all the involved teams, so she/he can communicate customer needs for them to be translated into new features or product hypotheses.
    • Owner of the end-to-end Product Lifecycle, from discovery to launch.
    • Creator and Product Owner for the roadmap and product vision in a particular features area.
    • Ideas generation and opportunities identification, taking into account strategic knowledge about our company, creating hypotheses and validating them with our CPO.
    • Market analysis, being up-to-date about new features from our competitors and customer behavior for those target users to whom we want to find solutions for.
    • Product definition, working closely with the technical team in their development: product requirements specification, use cases, backlog prioritization,...
    • Work closely with the Revenue team in business model iterations, so we find new monetization options, optimizing our current growth levers.
    • Work in cooperation with the Product Design team to research on user behavior, creating functional prototypes and final designs.
    • Key success metrics definition, so we can evaluate whether target results for a particular product are met..
    • Coordination with the Marketing team regarding product launch campaigns, keeping them informed about new features and product characteristics to communicate to users.
    • Generation of Product Reports, with the help of the Analytics team and existing databases to analyze product traction, evaluating real data on how users operate with the product, detecting incidents and including improvements to sort them out.
