This year, the event will take place across two venues located just a street apart.
On May 14th, technical workshops and other activities will be held on the first floor of the La Térmica cultural center. This venue hosted the first three editions of the event and is accessible via Avenida de los Guindos 48.
On May 15th and 16th, the talks and main activities of the event will take place at the Sohrlin space, located right behind the La Térmica building at Calle Almonte 6.

There are various ways to get to venue with public transport or taxi/Uber/etc. The fastest way from the airport is by taxi: less than 15 minutes you will be there. From the city centre bus lines 3, 7, 40 or the underground Line 2 stopping in Puerta Blanca leave you a few minutes walking from the venue from the city centre.
Parking near the venue can be challenging as free spaces are often occupied. However, there is additional parking available along the Paseo Marítimo area, just a short walk away. Consider arriving early to secure a spot.

Event Schedule
You won't need your laptop during the conferences, but it can be a requirement to participate in some workshops. During the conference you can make use of our cloakroom to leave your backpack and laptop there.
All workshops take place on the 14th of May at la Termica. There are 2 workshop categories: Crema & Canela.
Only Early Bokeron ticket holders can access Canela Workshops for free by using the discount code sent together with the ticket order confirmation. Standard Tuna and Last Callamar will receive a 50% and 30% discount code with their tickets. Even if you are a general ticket holder, registration is not automatic: you will have to register to the workshop of your choice; we recommend you to book your seat as soon as possible since capacity is limited for each workshop. If you have purchased a ticket and cannot find the code please contact us and we will provide it. Check out the following video tutorial to discover how to register on our webpage. For those who are not conference ticket holders, admission will have an specific fee.
Crema workshops are paid workshops both for ticket holders as well as for the general public. You can check the fee for each workshop in the Workshop page.
The conferences will take place in three rooms. The main hall has a capacity for 900 people, whereas the two secondary halls have a capacity for 400 and 300 people respectively.
No previous registration is needed for general talks; registration is only mandatory for workshops. However, if you plan to attend a conference in one of the two secondary halls, we recommend being proactive and coming early to find a free seat.

No, we won't ask you to be fully COVID vaccinated to attend the conferences as there are no mask or vaccination mandates in Spain, but we encourage the attendees to be cautious and responsible for their health and that of others.
No, it's not mandatory to wear a face mask at the conference or during the event but you can freely wear it.
